A heavy silence hung in the air for a moment, after Roxie said that.

"Indeed." Hal replied.

"I'm sorry for your loss." he told her.

"..." Azazel was quiet for a moment, thinking about it.

"Do the women he collected... die?" he asked.

"What do you mean?" Hal inquired.

"What of their souls? Have they moved on, or are they stuck in their bodies like a prison?" Azazel elaborated. "And if the latter, can we at least free them so that they may be able to move on and find peace?"

"....." Ryker was silent, and nodded.

"All right." he said.

He then let go of Eke and started to walk into the lake, and Eke could see it getting gradually deeper, until Ryker stopped at where the water level would be to his own chest.

"Cool!" he called back.

"Seems like it' safe to here, at least!" he said to Eke, starting to make his way back towards him now.

Hal just sighed.

"It's what happens when they become too confident." he told her.

"When one gets away with something for a long time, or they're filled with too much pride, one feels one is untouchable, no matter what." he said.

"A shame for them." he continued.

"Good for those like US."

Hal looked at Tannyll, scratching his chin a little.

"Hmmmm, I see." he mumbled.

"We'll have to chat with him when he wakes up." he commented.

"And boss?" Azazel addressed him. "You're gonna wanna take a team and raid the Lockwood mansion. ASAP." he told him.

"I'll assemble one right now." Hal responded.

"There anything we can do for you right now?" he asked Roxie.

Hal looked over to the one in question.

"What happened to him?" he asked.

"He experienced the full effect of 'Hell on Earth'." Azazel replied. "Literally." he added.

"...what can we do for him?" Hal then inquired.

"Over the next few days, I'll need to gradually remove the residual influence from his body and mind." Azazel said. "Might need to get Lilim to help if there's any stubborn remnants there." he added.

"So he'll be fine?" Hal asked.

"Should be." Azazel confirmed.

Azazel just rolled his eyes.

"You KNOW what I meant." he said.

"At least it'll go away." he told her, before looking around.

"Wonder if it'll be Angela or Sharp that show up first..." he mused, before the latter came into view.

"...that answers THAT." he muttered, as they were approached.

"Agent Culverton, are you all right?" Hal asked Roxie.

"......." Azazel was silent for a moment, before looking around. Seeing nothing offhand, he took off his jacket and draped it over Roxie, so her chest and lower region were both covered.

"Odds are not long at all." he told her.

"And that looked painful." he then said.

"Moving, that is." he clarified.

"Wonder if that'll ever go away..."

"Mmhmm." Ryker mumbled in response.

He then grabbed Eke by the waist and brought him into the slightly deeper end, setting him down until his feet touched ground, and the water was up to his knees.

"Right." he said.

"You cool?" he asked.

"Because if you are, I'll start walking further into the lake, see how quick it gets deeper."

"......" Azazel was silent for a moment, before taking his cell phone out.

He dialled a number, and waited for a moment.

"False alarm." was the first thing he said.

"Lilim teleported a bunch of us right into the medical wing." he continued.

"Also, if you could make your way down here ASAP, that'd be great." he finished, before hanging up.

"NOW we won't have armed security guards storming here." he told the ladies he was with, but it was more directed to Rixie.

"Lilim, I assume you'll be leaving, seeing as you really don't have much business here any longer?" he asked Lilim.

Tannyll came to his senses... briefly.

He looked over towards Roxie, and... seeing that she was completely without clothing... turned bright red in the face.

His eyes widened, but it seemed like that was his ONE moment of lucidity.

Because shortly after, he looked like he was going to literally go insane.

Azazel rushed over as the elf started to let out a bloodcurdling screech, placing his hand on his head, and causing him to softly pass out.

"...he's going to need to sleep that off." he muttered.

"And I'M going to need to call in a quick raid of this place." he added, going back o Roxie.

"Both you and him are going to the medical wing." he told her, referring to Tannyll.

Azazel looked at his bleeding wrist, and sighed.

"You're not the only one." he said.

He then looked over towards Roxie.

"Hey." he said.

"You all right?" he asked.

"The contract was broken, and... uh, well... I know some bad shit was going on here."

Tobias seemed to overestimate his chances of staying away from her... and bolted out the door.

"..." Azazel was silent, before moving his hand over to where Lilith's was, and dropping the ring into her palm.

"There." he said.

"It's yours." he told her.

"Now go and enjoy the chase." he continued.

"I'm sure you've been waiting to break him."

Azazel's pupils shrank when he heard that, and he suppressed the pain he was feeling in his wrist right now.

"No, no!" he exclaimed.

"No, that's... that's perfectly all right." he said.

"I like my horn complete again." he told her, laughing nervously.

Meanwhile, Tobias seemed to be trying to quietly slip away, as Tannyll was snapping out of the daze he had been in.

There was a bit of silence that hung in the room, before Azazel cleared his throat lightly.

"Yes, well." he said.

"You have your prize, Lockwood is yours." he told her.

"I assume you'd like to take him into your possession ASAP, yes?" he asked.

'...please say 'yes' and just go...' he then thought.
