@Wildfire: I'm happy it's finally installed and done. My roommate who has no experience with kids was like "suck in. I'm sure you could squeeze outta there."
and my other roommate who has tons of experience with kids replied "her stomach is like a brick, man. She can't suck it in. We gotta move the washer and dryer for her to get out."
"Are you sure? Can you try to squeeze out?!"

I'm stuck behind the washer and dryer laughing because men.

I'm going to tackle the stack of laundry today. I was doing the bare minimum for laundry for the last couple months because it required me bringing my basket up and down the stairs.

How's your day going?
I love your grey-tone avi today. :3
@Wildfire: yesterday wasn't as relaxing as I was hoping. The washer got dropped off, however, they couldn't install it.
Husband was gone with kiddos. So I recruited both guy rommates. The muscle men. lol. We got things moved around. But neither of them could fit in the space behind the dryer.. omgosh. and I'm like a pregnant raccoon. I fit in small spaces but I can't suck in my gut anymore. XD
anyway, took us almost 3 hours to install with 2 ACE trips.

:T
BUT ITS DONE. I can catch up on laundry! HAHA

Good morning.
Good Morning.
My husband is taking the kids out of the house for a bit. yay.
-sips on coffee-
It was a good day. I'm absolutely exhausted. So much walking.
@Wildfire: A nice home-alone day sounds amazing.
I'm going to go buy dog food and linger around town for a bit. :d Roommate wants to tag along, he loves shopping stops. XD oddball.
@Hadsvich: truthfully, I haven't played the games. ^.^' My last game I played and beat was Yellow and I still occasionally pick it up. But I do watch the show with my kiddos and we collect cards together. I trade with them if I have something they want. They also play the switch pokemon games. :d

edit: I love this thread because 1. it's good practice for me and 2. my kids get super excited when I draw pokemon or something of their interest. :3
@Wildfire: We accomplished a lot yesterday, so I ended up sleeping in this morning. c: I forgot to buy dog food though, so I need to leave the house to do that and I'm probably going to go poke around stores and have a 'me-day'.
My husband fixed the water heater, so no more iffy-heat for half the house. C:
and I went and bought a new washer for downstairs which arrives tomorrow. -glee dance-

How are you today?

@Wildfire: I got lucky and my son stayed in a decent mood while we got through his writing assignment. so yay.
That took quite a while though.
My roommate really helped me out today. We got all the christmas stuff binned up and by the door for the guys to take to the garage. :3 which will no-doubt, sit for a month. lol!
My husband has been working solely on the broken water heater, which unfortunately Won't work now... which means... we'll likely need to buy a new water heater. //silent tear//
@Wildfire: I support the plan to dump em by the palm tree. lol.
Oh boi, you totally are in the designated spring-break destination. I lived in Hawaii for a couple of years and a lot of people flocked there in the spring too. I just stayed in my condo at the time during spring breaks. The beaches were crowded and smelled like too much sunscreen and coconut oil. lol

I need to get my son done with school. He's burning out because writing is not his favorite and he needs to write today. /sigh/

I feel your pain on asking and not getting help. Luckily, I have good relationships with my roommates. They tend to step up to help me around the house before my husband and kids do. e_e'
@Yae Meiji: Can I trade you Holiday Helper & 6K volts [or sub with ohms] for Cat Walk?
@Wildfire: I can see how that doesn't feel like much work since a lot of it was laborious. Sounds like good progress on your garden, I just did the "survival of the fittest" this last summer. Cacti/succulents are resilient and totally annoying. <.< I have an indoor Aloe and that's the extent of my own succulent/cacti collection.
I would love some of that nice warm weather. The sun is out here, but it's cold. I'm torn between wanting summer to come and winter to actually do winter stuff. We haven't had a good snow this year. XD
My roommate came downstairs and offered to help me clean up my Christmas pile because she knows it's been eating at me. c: So she's coming downstairs to lend a hand in a bit. Yay. Husband offered to help this morning, but changed his mind because he found better things to do. XDD
@Wildfire: lol yeah, damn tummy issues.
it drives me nuts when my husband is home and well enough to be walkin' around and annoying everyone. XD lol
I'm putting him to work. XDD

How's the garden coming along?
