Youtube is an interesting place to be. I personally don't use it. o3o' Since I was a teenager, I've seen youtube as a rabbit hole. Once you fall in, takes hours to get out. I really only have one playlist of music on there and if I really, really need a diy, I look it up.
My husband and roommates all use youtube pretty continuously, they have their hobbies and interests. They sit for hours watching stuff related to their video games or models or whatever else.

@Wildfire: I really love how the big one turned out. Your dogs seem to love it too. I bet it feels nice on their elbows C:
It's cool to see how you transformed those no-sew kit blankets into a run. :3 That's awesome.
I never thought to buy those kits and just use for something else. =o

My glasses are pretty lightweight. This is honestly the first time I've ever slept with them on. I woke up cursing. My husband's like "huh, you slept with your glasses on."
I gave him that 'no-sh--' face.

I was on Gaia so much and was so dedicated. The growth was fun to be a part of. Then the market went to poop and I got hacked. [turned out to be my best friend in RL]. I found other sites after that and didn't want my bestie in RL to be a part of my world online.

@Totalanimefan: I'm not too worried about getting my stuff back on Gaia. I looked back at the market value of the things I cherished most and I could afford them. However, my heart isn't on Gaia. When I do log in now, I jump into CB for a bit, change my avi, and basically come back here to Voltra. lol.

@Purpsy: lol, I find that genre of youtube so funny. Kids watching kids open toys or watching reviews. Cx
I try and navigate my kids to watch 'how to' videos of stuff I cant teach them. So they watch a lot of video game how-tos and how-to-draw stuff. :d

@Totalanimefan: I was an early Gaian. I left when my account got hacked. I have an account now and pop on there sometimes. I did request to get my stuff back from my old account, but I gave up because their ticket system must be backlogged for months or years. o_o'

@Wildfire: lol. I just wanna nap, but it's another beautiful day outside. I really want to sweep my back patio and fill in some dog holes in the yard. XD

@Wildfire: I over-did it yesterday. I was not successful in getting my son worn out. lol. We hiked a mile or two. Went to the park. Then was relieved the neighbor kids got together after the bus dropped them off. Both my kids had super high energy until they both passed out at bedtime.
By the time my husband got home, I was so burnt out I couldn't even keep a conversation going. Cx
Now my legs feel like elastic bands ready to snap. uhg, this pregnancy. e.e
HOWEVER, yesterday was good aside from my whining. lol

I'm curious to see if you'll end up with another wobble as you make a second rug. XD

@Totalanimefan: you're right. I think my thoughts are more on the fact that the people who have some of those old items are no longer online, so it's unlikely I'll be able to find a seller.
That's why I don't look back and drool over pretty old items.
On the last site I claimed as my Avi-forum home, the site was dying by the time I finally got enough of a rare old item to make a full set. I only needed 4 and it took me some 3 years, I think, to get 4 of the same item.

@Purpsy: Chistmas at my house was interesting. It was fun. I did have some boxes arrive from distant family for my kids. My kids ended up with 2 tablet pillows each. So we have 4 tablet pillows and no tablets.
I kinda realized then that it's just an assumption now that kids under 8 have technology.
Growing up with the growth of the internet definitely gave us an advantage. :3

waterproof boots is the best for that crappy snow. I once wanted to look hot for a date, so I wore heels. Would not recommend that choice in sloshy weather. lol

@Purpsy: I think I got emotional because kids-these-days [lmao], really don't choose to go outside and adventure. ya know?
actually, you keep that snow. lol. I'm allergic to snow mold- The crap that festers beneath the snow, so once it melts it's yucky slushy moldy goop.
I think I started my garden last year in April, and it was definitely too early. but I also had zero idea of what I was doing. XD wingin' it because I'd never had a garden before.

Good Morning.
I disappeared yesterday to enjoy outside time with my kiddo. Then once my other kid got off the bus, she wanted to be outside with the neighbor kids. So I let my kids loose to go play outside with the neighborhood kids. It made me teary-eyed to see a herd of kids just adventure off into the trees. Some carrying sticks and others just chit-chatting.
@Purpsy: It's only my second year here in this area and last year this time was the same. :c Locals are like "Oh the last couple of years have been weird ones- expect lots of snow!" and now I'm confused on what to expect. XD Gimme your snow! I know the rules of snow!


@Totalanimefan: Basically, I've just been collecting my favorite stuff on voltra. I still haven't taken the time to look back through the price guide and really see what I'm missing out on. I'm scared if I see something cool, it'll be unfindable.

@Wildfire: I just looked at our weather forecast for the week and we're hiking back into the 60s and 70s. o_o' whaaaht?!
Im from the mountains. February is supposed to be the worst month for snow. XD
This has to be a false spring. -eyes narrow-
It's a trap. People are going to get their gardens going and then we'll get hit with snow or frost. CX

@Totalanimefan: I never paid too much attention to the rarety of items on here. :d I've just enjoyed what I've gotten and what I have. On other sites, it was always my goal to collect rare items, I decided Voltra would be different.

@Wildfire: We had a vibrant spring weekend. I sat outside all of Saturday with my book. and Sunday, I went to the city to buy the 3rd book and found myself at Great Aunt's house. :3
It's weirdly spring here. There were bugs flying around and it was warm enough to wear a short sleeved shirt and just sit in a lawn chair.
