@Totalanimefan: omgosh, your avi is so pretty. =O
Good morning.
I've sent 1 letter and got a '18 blackout crate. I can't say I really like either item available from that crate. o3o so until then, I'll keep it crated.

I've been obsessively reading all weekend and took a break and went and visited my great aunt. Glad I did.
@Wildfire: Truthfully, I'm not a big fan of this library. For a few reasons. I'll rant if I get into it. Mainly organization is weird. They tried a 'modern' approach and uhg -flails-.

I'm good so far. Kiddo is done with his homeschooling for today. I can read while he enjoys his time off from school. I ended up going to the store yesterday and buying Book 2 of this Sarah J Maas series.
@Wildfire: The director and the children's director of our local library are always giving me a little bit extra attention when I'm there. When I first moved here, the director told me to apply, later said I should volunteer- but I respectfully declined both times. I need to be home with kiddos, and I know my work ethic, once I'm back into working I get absorbed. I really want to help them, they definitely could use my skillset. [especially since they made sure I could overhear their convo yesterday XD ]

lol, crazy weather = crazy outfits.

Good morning!
The Count of Mante Cristo is an amazing book. ... yet, I have not finished it.
I just spent an hour at the library, I can tell the librarians are trying to pull me back into their ranks. They were openly discussing needing a new set of eyes with librarian experience [Me]. I just glanced up at them from my books and took sips of my coffee and grinned because they kept sneaking peeks at me during their very open talk.
Once the head honcho, whom I've never met left, the director and head librarian came to my table and just stirred a casual conversation.

That Florida weather is crazy! =o
Today was warm enough to sweep the back patio and spend a little more time outside with the dogs. But, I didn't have enough motivation to really do more than that in our 45-50*f weather.

I am definitely looking forward to spring. I want to plant my seeds and know they'll live and go outside and enjoy more sunshine.

Sewing material. I stopped sewing a long time ago and I still have bins of fabrics. OTL
I also own a lot of dust-collecting shelf items. Like collectible toys and random themed stuff. :T
I have finished the book. All done. I'm going to end up buying the second one. Cx
Sarah J Maas has a way of making series that gain a lot of popularity. Assassin's Blade was pretty popular before Court Of Thorns and Roses hit it off.
It was a nice break from reality this week.

How's your morning going?
That's exactly what I've been feeling! My brain keeps trying to convince me it's Tuesday this morning. OTL
I've had my nose in a book the last 2 days. lol. Maybe, that's the cause of my days-off feeling.
I finally decided to try and read the ever-so-popular A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas. I read the Assassin's Blade series- Throne of Glass by her a few years back and I enjoyed it. This new series feels like ... Beauty and the Beast meets Hunger Games. XD

I get nervous for the southern states that aren't conditioned to cold weather. If you get another freeze warning, turn your faucet on and let water drip. It prevents freezing and as annoying as the sound is, it helps.

Our plan is to eventually have chickens or guineas. :d We need to either wait until we have less dogs, or have enough money to build a secure coop.

Good Morning. This week is going by too quickly. holy moly.
Good Morning.
Blue is at it again with amazing avi artwork. *O*

@Yae Meiji: I know the feeling all too well. I hope your BS sorts out and it'll be less stressful soon. I do still want the item. :3 Does my offer work for ya?
@Wildfire: I'm going to wait until afternoon and see if we get some sun before I drive off to the shop. CX
My roommate works at a car parts store and she told me to stop by so she can do a quick look-over.

other than car concerns, I just need to tidy up my kitchen and put chemicals in the hot tub today.
@blue: My family makes the potato dumplings a little different than these recipes online. :3 Next time I make it, I think I'll take progress pictures. Our recipe doesn't use exact measurements. It's a lot of 'feel it out'. :3
I think my favorite state I've ever lived in for food was Hawaii and Wyoming. Hawaii for their fresh tropical food. Wyoming because of the cheap wildlife foods. I miss a good ol' Bison Burger.

@Wildfire: I have to definitely get my car to the shop today. lol. It was frosty this morning. I drove my car down to the bus stop and halfway, my window fogged/iced up from the inside and the outside. So I parked at the bus stop and let some 15+ kids watch me scrape the inside and outside of my windshield. T^T
