She went a bit red, gently pulling away from the hug and nodded. “Been a while.. but yeah..” she said embarrassedly.

“Yeah.” He said with a nod, getting up and moving over to them.

She found herself purring softly, it was so easy to relax around the Doctor and.. just be herself. “I’d like to try to see another planet.” She said shyly.

He nodded, keeping his eyes on the owner as they continued to check on things. He did not want to embarrass his companion, but he did want to have words with them.

She went red, shyly hugging her back. “Can we visit another planet?” She asked after a moment.

“You know the TARDIS number if you need our help.” He said with a smile. “But you usually seem to have it under control.”

She smiled softly, drinking more of the tea. “I.. thank you..” She said quietly, “For letting me travel.. and for being my friend..”

“That’s good that the rift is being calm.” He said softly, glancing over as he saw the owners, thinking.

She took it and sipped it carefully. “It does taste good..” she smiled, “Thank you again, Doctor.. I apologize if I’ve been.. a lot of trouble.” She felt she had, especially after getting kidnapped.

He let her sit down first before sitting down with Jack on the other side. “So how have things been?”

She moved to sit down on the bench, “It smells really good..” she said softly.

The tardis beeped gently, hoping that getting some rest would help.

After a few hours, Arty woke up, feeling a little better but still kind of weird. She slipped out of bed and headed for the console room.

“Agreed.” He grinned a bit, taking the food. “Let’s find a table?”

She smiled gently, “Thank you Doctor.” She said softly, slipping off to her room. She curled right up on the bed and fell asleep immediately.

The tardis beeped worriedly, Artemis seemed extremely drained..more than a normal regeneration.
