Hal was silent, as was Jake.

"I... I see..." Hal said, as Jake just stood up and started to make his way to the door.

"Jake..." Hal mumbled, as the man stopped AT the door.

"...all I want now is for the hole in my heart... the pain I feel... the creeping loneliness I find taking hold of me... to go away." he told Emelie.

Uriel watched her leave, before sighing and going to talk to Aimee.

Meanwhile Hal heard the door, and looked at Jake, who was also there.

"Yeah, sure." Jake told him.

"Come in!" Hal called out to the one behind the door.

'Wonder if this is about Anya...' he thought, wondering how Jake would take it, if it WAS, and depending on what the news was.

"You are free to stay as long as you like." Uriel told her.

"But we shan't hold you back unnecessarily." he said further.

"..." Gabriel was just silent for a moment.

"Ananiel..." he said quietly.

"...damn it." he whispered, before disappearing from where he was, aiming to go see Erica.

"I see." Uriel responded.

"...so she's gone." Gabriel said.

"I shall inform Erica." he told them.

"They were friends, after all." he reasoned.

"Weren't you-" Uriel started to ask, but Gabriel interrupted.

"Stop." he said quietly.

Gabriel was silent as he had his head patted, and slowly rose to his feet again.

"...yes." Uriel said.

"I KNOW this return to norm did not come without sacrifice. It couldn't have." he told her.

"What? Or who?" he asked.

Gregory just sighed.

"Back to work then." he said.

Uriel paused and put away his sword, shaking his head.

"Looks like it's been done." he commented.

Gabriel just allowed the feeling to overtake him, as he felt the chaos in his mind and brain subside.

"Russian 'til the end." Gregory commented.

"Welp, that's that then." he said.

"I'm sure your mana is telling you of any loose ends that need taking care of." he told her.

"But it seems like this is all done." he shrugged.

Gregory was silent as he saw Anya start to fade.

"Uh-huh." he said.

"Well, you saved the world." he told her.

"Not bad for an archdemon." he commented.

"Any last words before you cease to be?" he asked.

The one that had been blasted into the wall was shocked, surprised, and QUITE confused.

"...I need to let the others know." he said, rushing off.

Meanwhile, Gregory, Emelie, and Anya were standing in the spiritual plane, with Gregory sighing as he looked at Anya.

"Well... that's that." he muttered.

"Emelie has her mana back, and the world shall right itself." he commented.

"...just... without YOU." he then said to Anya.

Gregory quickly followed after she left, and the two met Anya and the young man.

"Anya?" Gregory said when they crossed paths.

"What the hell." he said further.

"That's Emelie's mana." he commented.

"How...?" he then started to ask, before shaking his head.

"This isn't going to be good for you." he muttered.

The young man looked into her eyes, and something compelled him to answer. He could sense this was important.

So he started to lead her to the room Emelie was in.

And she was still with Gregory, who hadn't left her side.

But he DID suddenly feel Anya's new presence.

"What the hell...?" he muttered.

Jake didn't have time to react properly. All he managed to get out was that he loved her in return before she left, and he then noticed he was wearing her collar. And then he started to softly cry.

At the theatre, a young male suddenly approached Anya.

"Who are you?" he asked.

"What are you doing here?"

Jake looked at her concernedly.

"What the hell?" he muttered.

Hal then sent a return text.

Hallowglades. it read, with the address.

Tell her I want answers later. the next text read.

Michael didn't say anything.

He couldn't.

By the time she finished, the mana had all gone within him, and his body literally expanded like a balloon, until it exploded into greyish-white feathers, and pulsed the immense mana out.

He was dead.

And the shockwave was felt for miles.
