"Goodbye, dear." Vincent replied as she left.
"...she's a darling child." he then said.
"She's been such a blessing to her mother and I." Garridan agreed.
"...." Vincent was then silent, seeming to have a wave of guilt wash over him.
"It's not your fault." Garridan said, seeming to know what was going through his friend's mind.
"It still feels like it is." Vincent replied.
"I sometimes wonder if those forbidden studies may actually be worth it..." he went on, which caused Garridan to raise an eyebrow curiously.

Again, Vincent smiled.
"Of course." he said.
"One must never neglect their studies." her father then commented.
"You got through those books fairly quickly, as well." he then said to her.
"I suppose it's time for you to move onwards and upwards." he reasoned.
"See if you can't comprehend a level higher in reading."

Vincent chuckled once more.
"Children are so adorable at her age." he said to Garridan.
"But you wish to create organs to help people?" he asked her.
"A very noble goal." he said.
"A goal that will certainly help many people, should you succeed." he then added.
"I do hope she can do it." Garridan chimed in.
"To succeed in such an endeavour would be certainly wonderful."

"We are SO close." Garridan said.
"I feel that we are only missing the ONE key element." he told Vincent.
"Mmmm, I see." Vincent replied.
"Reveka, you'll see." Garridan then said to his daughter. "We'll make it. And we'll show the world what we're capable of!" he declared.
Vincent just smirked a little, and chuckled lightly.
"Do YOU have any goals for your alchemy?" he asked the girl.

"Oh?" Vincent asked Garridan.
"Indeed." her father responded.
"She shows interest and aptitude in her studies, as well as my own." he chuckled.
"I see, I see." Vincent said, before looking at Reveka.
"So you aim to be an alchemist as well?" he asked her.

"RequestED, dear." her father gently corrected her.
"Remember the proper conjugation." he said.
"That's still very impressive." Vincent complimented.
"Also, a list?" he then asked.
"What sort of list?" he asked further, attempting to make polite conversation, but also a little on the curious side.

The other male, Vincent, smiled at the girl.
"Well, hello to you as well." he replied with a small bow from where he was sitting.
"You've certainly done well in teaching her manners, Garridan" he then said to her father.
"She's a bright young girl." Garridan responded.
"Oh, I know." Vincent said, before looking at Reveka.
"Your father has nothing but praise for you." he told her. "You are his pride and joy." he told her further, before Garridan just cleared his throat a little.
"At any rate, did you finish the books, Reveka?" the girl's father asked her.

Levi gulped a little.
"Yeah, she seems like someone that will make you pay if you scorn her in any way." he said.
"...seems we're learning a lot about ourselves. The both of us." he sighed.
"I guess this is gonna happen, then." he continued, pausing for a brief moment.
"Kinda like a new chapter in our lives, following some out-of-nowhere crazy twist in a story." he chuckled.
"But for now... let's just relax and think about all we need to get done for this move." he suggested.
"Tomorrow, and the following days... are gonna be busy."

Again, Levi was silent for a moment.
"....well..." he said.
"Yeah, sure." he told her.
"I have no attachment to where we are now." he reasoned. "And a place where we'll be more welcome is... always appreciated." he then said further.
"But... I've been wondering about something." he then went on.
"You can use your mana to teleport?" he asked her.

Levi was silent as all that was said and suggested to him.
"Uh..." he stammered.
"I... uh, well... that is..." he went on, before sighing.
"I'm all for it." he told her.
"It would be nice to be around people that don't call me crazy, or nuts, or anything along those lines." he said. "It's been grinding me down..." he admitted quietly.
"But... moving here?" he asked.
"Where would we stay?" he asked her.
"Surely this place is meant for employees and such. And it's a costly expense to move, especially since we'd be moving several cities over." he commented.

"....huh?" Levi asked.
"How stuck where we living am I?" he asked.
He then thought for a moment, pondering the question.
"....good question." he said.
"I mean, it's close to where we go to school, yeah?" he asked her.
"And nobody looks at me like I'm crazy." he said further.
"Why?"
"How stuck where we living am I?" he asked.

@tehrin: My gawd, your art is amazing! I wanna try and bribe you for a full body shaded of an OC of mine, Ash Fyrane.
Ref One
Ref two
(And yes, there can be some variation for his appearance)
As for a bribe price... I have no idea what art is worth, admittedly. I don't know the intricacies of the Voltra economy, mostly because I'm not an active part of it.
But does 40k volts sound like a good amount?
