Sharp, meanwhile, had paged two of his agents, and they were both heading to his office. Mere minutes later, they stepped into his office.

It was Tyson and Aedan.

"Yeah?" Ty said. "What is it?" he asked.

Sharp just sighed as they pulled up chairs, before telling them all that needed to be said.

"So we may need you two to take him down. As you are the two agents I have that... well... are too stubborn to die."

"You do that." Sharp told her.

"I have some things to do. Phone calls to make. Connections to get ahold of." he said.

"Because this has the potential to doom the world." he went on.

"And I'm not exaggerating."

"Yes." Sharp replied.

He then opened a drawer and rifled through it, before tossing Kiah a key.

"Dorm 3-17." he told her.

"That one's free. And should be ready for a new tenant." he said further.

"And here." he told Ally, tossing her a special I.D. badge.

"Identifies you as a guest here, able to use all the facilities."

"........................" Sharp was silent for what seemed like an eternity.

"Damn it all." he cursed.

"Just... DAMN IT ALL." he cursed, this time more loudly.

"The last conduit that had this happen to them had to be killed." he growled.

"Well, all right then." he then said further.

"Guess we need to prepare for that."

"............" Sharp was silent as he heard that.

"First name." he sighed.

"Yep. Serious." he said, shaking his head a little, before shutting the door.

He then made his way back to his desk, and sat down behind it.

"Well. Talk, then." he told them.

There was silence for a moment, before the door was opened.

"Kiah?" Sharp said upon seeing her.

"Come in." he told her, stepping out of the way.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Is something wrong?"

Zeke nodded.

"Good." he replied.

He was then silent for a moment, before he looked at Ally.

"....please forgive us." he said quietly.

"If the unthinkable needs to be done, please forgive us." he repeated, before quickly leaving.

"....." the demon was silent for a moment, before sighing.

"Mm." he just mumbled solemnly.

Zeke was silent as he looked at Ally.

"Do you need medical attention?" he asked.

"You appear to be injured." he commented.

"...." he was then silent, before shaking his head.

"Right, every second is precious." he commented.

"We need to prepare for... the worst."

Zeke's eyes widened, much like Azazel's had.

"What!?" he exclaimed.

"The Ancient Ones have returned!?" he asked.

"Ohhhhh dear." he said.

"I need to speak to Miss Raziel about this." he commented.

"And Azazel's gone to speak with Miss Raziel, I assume?" he then asked.

Sure enough, a few minutes later, Zeke stepped into the room.

Which caused the demon to shrink a bit, but nowhere near as bad as before.

"Yes?" Zeke asked.

"I was told by my mother that I was needed here." he said.

"Is something wrong?" he asked.

"..............I don't know." Azazel replied.

"Depends on how deep they burrow and how solidly they root themselves in him." he told her.

"Meaning we need to act fast, and see if we can't drive them out." he said further.

"I need to report to Miss Raziel with this information." he continued.

"And we need to find Zeke, so he can go to Miss Raziel with the info." he then added.

Azazel just shook his head a little.

"Right." he said.

"There exist in this universe, Gods." he told them. "And I don't mean God and the Devil, or any being that any religion is tied to." he went on.

"I'm talking about beings that are older than any of us really have any sort of mental capacity to understand the number, with how high it is. They are beyond concept." he said.

"As far as anyone can tell, they have always existed. Even since before creation itself." he continued.

"They are powerful. More powerful than any of us could ever comprehend. And they are NOT friendly. They are malevolent." he then said further.

"They are known as simple, The Ancient Ones. And... sometimes... a conduit has strong enough mana that... that they can form a bridge to them." he then added.

Azazel looked absolutely horrified now.

"....no..." he said.

"Oh no... no, please..." he muttered.

"It's happening." the demon responded.

"So we need to get everyone's asses in gear. NOW." he told him.

"Y-yeah." Azazel agreed, looking far more frightened than Kiah had ever seen him before.

After a few minutes, Azazel made his way to the open door to Kiah's office, and poked his head in.

"Yes?" he addressed those that were there.

"Yo! You! Sit!" Ally's demon told Azazel.

"..." Azazel was silent, before making his way to a chair and sitting down in it.

"You need to hear this." the demon said. "We're in a world of shit right now, and you need to hear about what just happened." he told him further.

"....right, well, here I am." was all Azazel could respond with.
