The trouble is I don't get home until after midnight sometimes
Like I'll get up at 7am for class, go to work after there, eat a little before my shift if possible
then I get off work at 1130-1230 and eat before I sleep by 1 or 130
on those days I dont eat enough at all, and what I DO eat is unhealthy junk and unhealthy timing. but then on my days when I'm home for half the day I'll munch a lot. especially since snacking on small things helps me focus on studying
I think my problem is everything I do, tbh
only thing I do right is being physically active
I guess dieting is more important, but I also wanted to focus on exercises that specifically focus on abdominal muscles. my other muscles are already constantly worked.

@koneko:
here's a continuation from that just for fun
[b]Gordon could just imagine what would have happened if the broken hand reached the person with it...[b]then his life would have been in great danger. When Tylenol was released on a physical basis, it was designed to be used only by men of immense physical strength. For the smaller, less powerful people who use it, it would only increase the amount of pain from the broken hand they take.
In addition, if the physical injury not only improved the men's strength, but made them better able to control themselves if provoked, then more people would take it. It would also increase

what on earth
@Taffy:
Yeah makes sense. I think I recall it becoming a feisty thing.
THere was also one with a creepy woman bot talking to you. She also was corrupted I think

in the supraspinous fossa, deep to trap's upper fibers
Actions --
abduct the shoulder
Origins --
supraspinous fossa
Insert --
Greater tubercle of the humerus
Infraspinatus
synergist with the teres minor in lateral rotation
dense quality due to multipennate fibers and thick superficial fascia
to locate tendons, flex 90 degrees then horizontally adduct + laterally rotate
Actions --
laterally rotate shoulder
adduct shoulder
stabilize head of humerus in GH cavity
Teres Minor
synergist with Infraspinatus in lateral rotation
antagonist with teres major in rotation of humerus
Actions --
laterally rotate shoulder
adduct shoulder
stabilize humerus in GH cavity
Origin --
Upper 2/3rds of lateral border of the scapula
Insert --
greater tubercle of humerus
Subscapularis
sandwiched between subscapular fossa and serratus anterior
when palpating, slide fingers under latissimus dorsi and teres major
Action --

spinous processes of last 6 thoracic vertebrae
last 3-4 ribs
thoracolumbar aponeurosis
posterior iliac crest
Teres Major
Bony landmark = scapula's medial border

I've been watching some youtube obviously.
But this bot seems like fun to play with. You input a sentence (or paragraph) and let the bot continue or finish it for you.
Maybe we could make a continuous tangent out of it by inputting the last sentence or point thats made and continue it further.
Or just input whatever and share what nonsense it spits back out xD
Anyway, here's a random one (the bold text being what I typed, the rest is generated):
Jolly waved to everybody, "How is your night going?"
they all nodded and stayed in the corridor of the castle, crying.
"I'm fine," she said to nobody in particular.
* * *
Jolly slumped heavily on her bed. She liked being alone but did not know why. She was still drunk, but no more so than before. She realized that her wrist was swollen, in the usual nonstop way, and that she could no longer recognize any face.
She lit a single candle and lay there for a long time.
It has a hard time hanging onto the name Jolly, so it took a few generates to get something that is... kind of coherent

@totalanimefan:
For me, it usually takes like 3-6 months at a job to get really comfortable. I mean, it only takes a few weeks to get the gist of it, but in half a year you figure out all the complicated details and then all the confidence sets in.
But I can also be slow to grasp things sometimes I think you'll be great!
omggg some of the senior students grabbed me today and did some paraffin wax on my hands and feet. I've never had that done before and I love it. makes my hands so soft and helped eczema
Cant wait for that class~
