Kaito bit back a smirk when he noticed his head moved away. "Fi.. It's not stupid, alright?" He murmured, glancing at him. "I understand what you meant.. And I'm serious about what I said." Feeling his own cheeks heat and darken, he looked up at the stars.

Kaito finished up his sandwich as he spoke. Like? Well, he'd been staying here for a while now.. He certainly hoped the other had come to like and trust him, even if just a little. He chuckled at the nudge and shook his head. "It's not as cheese as what I said." He joked, wearing a small smirk. " ..and I definitely consider myself somewhat lucky. "

He glanced at him. "I'd do anything for you, and Valern."

Kaito briefly glanced at him with a small smile, then went back to eating his sandwich. He hadn't noticed Fijore looking at him since his hair was covering most of his face but that didn't stop him from thinking back to the one time he got to Fijore with his hair pulled back. It was just the two of them after all, which felt different from all the other times, but he didn't really understand why.

"Fi.." He murmured quietly, glancing up at the darkening sky. "This might sound corny, but I'm really glad you're in my life." Kaito said before glancing at him, then lowered his gaze to his half eaten sandwich. He had almost forgotten what it felt like to have a friend, or anybody to care about.

Kaito chuckled quietly and shook his head before taking a bite of the sandwich. After swallowing, he smirked. "Hey, old habits die hard." He mused casually, nodding some when Fijore told him what was in the sandwich. Well, no wonder it was so good! "I don't mind, I happen to like tomatoes, and most other things." He chuckled before taking another bite.

Kaito glanced at him and thanked him for the food before carefully taking it and lowered his head. He kind of figured that was the case, but he also couldn't really blame him. "..Is that how you knew I hadn't eaten, the first time we met?" He asked cautiously, glancing at him curiously. Of course he would worry! They were friends, right?

Kaito frowned some as his question was avoided, but he nodded and watched the male leave the room. He debated on staying here or going to his own house for a moment before settling on the thought of going to outside and walked out of the door, just to sit on the grass just outside the house.

Kaito sighed quietly and glanced at him. "Fijore, you've saved my life twice now.. If anyone owes anyone, I owe you." He murmured, forecasting his eyes. "Besides, it's not like I was gonna let you die.."

Shaking his head some, he glanced at him. "When is the last time you are something?" He asked cautiously.

Kaito chuckled quietly. "I couldn't believe it either.." He murmured quietly, looking down at the empty hand. "After giving you the shot, he came out of his room and just watching me.. I still had that candy, so I showed it to him and after that.. He went digging through your bag and started to patch me up. Of course, he took off with the candy as soon as he finished." He said with a smirk. "He had this look..like he really wanted to try and help.." He murmured.

Kaito shook his head. "I was blindfolded.. I couldn't see any thing." He said quietly. "I was beat pretty bad.. Valern patched me up while you were out, after giving you the shot." He murmured, glancing him with a small smirk.

Kaito sighed quietly, and lowered his head. "I had gone flying and stopped where I used to go for a rest, next thing I knew I was hit in the back of the head. I woke up in that..place.. They kept saying stuff about ruining them and that I was gonna pay." He explained as best as he could, since he couldn't actually see what was going on. Kaito looked where the wounds had been, having healed up shortly after Valern patched him up. He could still feel the cuts and bruises they had given him, and the bindings around his wrists. "After a while they started to think they had the wrong guy, their leader didn't care. My wings and my blood.. They're pretty popular in the black market since we're so hard to find.." He murmured quietly.

Kaito couldn't stop the smile that formed on his lips as he spoke. He was glad he could help, and he felt like there had been progress between him and Valern since he did patch him up after all. He chuckled some and watched him leave to take a shower.

When he came back, Kairi was reading the journal from where he last left off. Hearing Fijore, he set the book aside and smirked some. "With the demons..or after you had me give you a shot?" He asked and curiously.

Kaito was looking over Fijore when he woke, and he offered the male a small smile. "You gave us quite the scare.. How're you feeling?" He asked quietly.

"My Takashi, is sounds like you like this girl quite a bit." His mother teased lightly, causing the male to pause and blink. "Mitsukuni said the same thing.. She's a nice girl, and very smart. She's almost reminds me of a female Haruhi." He murmured, going back to helping his mother prepare for dinner. His mother watched him with a smile, knowing it would take some time for him to sort out his feelings for this girl.

She had managed to get her chest to loosen up enough to where she could breathe without it hurting, and she slid out of the back seat when Hikaru opened the door for her. She casually walked up to the door and looked over the house. It had been so long when she last came here.. She glanced at Hikaru when he opened the door for them and shook her head lightly, and offered him a small smile. "I'm alright now." She said, then continued inside the house. "Food sounds good though.." She murmured.

If felt like every time she went outside, something always happened. She felt pretty safe around Clint but on her own..not so much. Was wandering away from him a bad idea? She wondered. She definitely felt like she was being watched. From where though? ...and who?

Maddie blinked when she heard Clint and glanced at him, nodding lightly. "Call me paranoid." She murmured quietly, holding up the feather toy and smirking some. "Got it, I found some scratching posts too." She said, putting the toy in the basket.
