Leo thought for a moment.

"Well, I'll get ahold of her." he said.

"See what I can hammer out." he went on.

"When can we expect a call?" Lex inquired.

"Not sure." Leo admitted. "She and I haven't had a convo in a few weeks, but I should be able to get ahold of her in the next couple days." he assured them.

"Cool." lex replied.

"I'll see to it you're up to date on info as I get it." Leo told Aimee.

"......." Leo was silent for a moment.

"Ah.... hm." he muttered.

"What?" Lex inquired.

"See... I... well... I'm more of a hardware guy." Leo said.

"I can get you an app and a website, but... it certainly won't be elegant." he commented.

"And I won't be able to give you the best result." he admitted, before pausing.

"...but I DO know someone that specialises in this..." he then said.

"Well, that's very nice of you." Leo responded.

"So let's dig in." Lex suggested.

"Yes, let's." Leo agreed.

And so they did. About 5 minutes into eating, though, Leo stopped.

"So." he said.

"Why am I here?" he inquired.

"You called me here for a reason.' he said further with a small smirk.

"Ah. Right." Lex muttered.

"Aimee says I need a website and app." he told him, causing Leo to look confused.

Lex looked over to his sister, and sighed quietly.

"Yup." he said, getting up to do so.

Sure enough, within a short amount of time, they were all sitting at the table, food in front of them.

"Mmmmmm..." Leo mumbled dreamily as he smelled it.

"This smells divine." he commented.

"Seriously, this all smells so amazing." he added, causing Lex to lightly laugh.

"Hunh!?" Lex grunted, getting into a sitting position.

"Yeah, sure!" he called to her, going to the door and answering it.

"Hey." he greeted Leo, who was standing there.

"Hello, hello." Leo responded, as Lex stepped out of the way and he entered.

"Smells good." he commented, sniffing the air.

"Well, my sis is a wizard with food." Lex laughed.

"Come on." he said as they went further inside.

"Hello, Aimee!" Leo called to Aimee.

Lex thought as well for a moment.

"Yeah, you're right." he said.

"We should have everything for dessert, though." he mumbled.

"I need to see." he went on.

"And you run out?" he inquired.

"Thought you'd tell ME to go and do it."

Lex thought for a moment when she said the last part.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Well, Coq Au Vin is nice." he said. "Especially if you want to butter him up." he reasoned.

"I can do up some Madeleines." he then offered.

"For dessert." he clarified.

"Other than that... dunno." he shrugged.

"Let me see..." Leo mumbled.

"...yep. That works." he said.

"Whatcha want!?" Lex inquired loud enough so Leo could hear.

"I'm not fussy and have no allergies." Leo responded.

"I'll show up tomorrow around 6:30." he told Aimee.

"That all right?"

Leo was silent on the other end for a moment.

"Desperate?" he said.

"I... well, that seems a bit strong." he told her.

"Just been a while, is all." he reasoned.

"But tomorrow for dinner? I can do that." he then said.

"....and I'll never say no to some of your food." he then laughed.

"What time?" he inquired.

"No hassle at all." Leo assured her.

"Been a while since we chatted." he then commented.

"What's up?" he inquired.

"Not often you get ahold of me." he told her.

"So what is up?" he inquired once more.

"What can I help with?" he queried further.

Lex, meanwhile, was still calming down and regaining his breath. It seemed that the sudden chiming of his new cell phone was unfamiliar to him, as well as a bit loud... which, in combination, startled him.

"...gonna need to get used that..." he muttered under his breath.

Lex was... half-listening to her.

Mostly because he was half-asleep.

"Dunno." he replied.

"Guess we'll just have to wait and s-" he started to say further, before his new cell phone went off, startling him.

"GAH!" he exclaimed, almost dropping the device, but it instead landed on Aimee's lap.

"Ah!" he exclaimed further, breathing heavily.

Aimee regarded the device, and saw it was Leo calling them.

"Can you relay a message to Leonard?" Vincent responded.

He then gave her the number, as well as telling her that the message had been sent by Aimee.

"Seems they need his help with something." he told her.

"And you're the only person that can reliably get ahold of him." he reasoned.

"So would you mind doing that when you get the chance?" he inquired.

"Doesn't seem that there's a rush, so no hurry." he added.

"......." Lex was silent, and sighed again.

"Already messed with the phones." he commented.

"I shouldn't be surprised." he muttered, as there was a 'ding' on the phone.

Absolutely. was the response.

Meanwhile, Vincent, on the other side of the phone thought for a moment.

"Hmmm." he mumbled.

"Right." he said, before sending a text to his daughter, Nakia.
