"Uriel and Gabriel already have connections down there." Raphael said.

"It might be easier for them to get information without alerting whomever might be behind... whatever's happening." he reasoned.

"You so as well." he then remembered.

"So you three have the best chances of covertly getting SOMETHING." he told her further.

"Hopefully." he then mumbled.

Raphael looked around them, and sighed.

"The others will need to be told." he said.

"We all already sense it, but we need to tell them that this isn't just a holiday for her." he told her.

"...and we need to do SOMETHING." he continued.

"What? I don't know." he then admitted.

Raphael was silent once more upon hearing that.

"....I see." he said, crossing his arms over his chest.

"If the Harmony is feeling it, then this IS a problem." he told her.

"...what could have happened?" he asked rhetorically.

"Or, rather, what IS happening?" he then clarified. "Because I get the feeling there's some serious stuff about to happen."

Raphael just growled loudly.

"Oh PISS OFF!" he shouted to the side.

"Great! Just great!" he said.

"Emelie decides she's gonna be all persona non grata, and now THIS!" he said further.

"Damn it all!" he cursed further, before forcing himself to heave a heavy breath.

"...this is not good. At all."

Raphael was stunned to hear that, and she saw the shock in his eyes.

"....what." he managed to get out.

"A FALLEN had ASCALON!?" he exclaimed.

"Well, what happened to it!?" he asked her.

"That blade is dangerous!"

Ash nodded in response.

"Yeah." he replied.

"Thanks again." he said, as he started to walk away. As he did, he heard the two archangels talking about Michael, and he swore he heard Emelie's name a couple of times, but he ignored it and left the realm, returning to the surface, in his backyard.

And as soon as he did, he almost doubled over from the sheer pain that shot through him. He managed to remain standing, however, and sighed.

Where you at? he texted to Ashleigh.

"As much as I'd love to hang out and have the pain be minimal, I think it'd be best for everyone if I scrammed." Ash reasoned.

He then paused a moment, thinking about it.

"Ah." he said, looking over his body... and seeing that the glow was all but gone now.

"Oh. Never mind." he chuckled. "I was gonna ask how long the glowing was going to last, but it seems like that won't be a problem." he reasoned with a small laugh, before getting to his feet.

The two of them then exited the mansion, as Raphael ran towards them. Ash readied himself for a reaming, but the archangel ignored him, focusing on Asriel.

"I have no idea where he is." he growled. "Guess he's hiding somewhere NEW now." he told her, as Ash feigned like he wasn't listening.

Ash paused as he heard that.

"Ah..." he stammered.

"Well, there was a surge of pain in the shoulder, but it's... well, I can deal with it." he told her. "And my chest feels fine, and my right thigh has pain in it as well, but it's ignorable." he said further.

"So... if what you say is true, my thigh will have pain I can ignore, my chest will be uncomfortable, and my shoulder will probably scream at me for a bit." he guessed.

"So that'll be fun, but it's better than how I was before." he reasoned.

"By a LOT."

Ash sighed heavily.

"I've heard the story." he said.

"...man, that was a hell of a tale, too." he told her.

"Seriously, sent shivers down my spine." he admitted.

"And already, my shoulder's starting to feel better." he then said further, pausing, and then wincing.

"...by that, I mean pain is registering in there again, WOW." he muttered further in clarification.

"I get it." Ash responded.

"I still don't like how he hates me, but I get it." he told her.

He then shook his head, and thought about everything.

"Well, I hope you get the situation with Michael sorted out." he then said.

"Seems like he's really being a brat this time."

Ash laughed in response.

"You got it." he said.

"I'll keep that in mind." he told her.

He then heaved a small breath, as he looked out the nearby window, and saw Raphael in the distance, milling about.

"...he does NOT look happy." he sighed.

"I'll leave soon so the peace is at least a little more stable here."

"....oh boy." Ash mumbled.

"Guess he really got some good hits in." he said. "Something tells me I'm lucky it's not GONE." he went on.

"Emelie usually heals the really bad injuries after something like this, but... well... yeah, not an option at the moment." he sighed.

"Still. Thanks." he told her.

"There anything I can do to repay you for this?" he asked.

Ash thought about the suggestion, and then nodded.

"Good idea." he said.

"I have some places that I've been meaning to try." he told her. "As good a time as any." he reasoned.

"...and my shoulder?" he then asked.

"Is it THAT bad?" he asked her.

"I mean, it's been stiff ever since the fight..." he went on, before just pausing and realising that it probably WAS that bad.

"That might be why." Ash responded.

"I mean, the Harmony is something that Emelie created herself, if I remember right. While YOU guys have been around since the beginning." he said. "Well... not ALL of you, but the archangels overall." he clarified.

"Maybe they feel threatened or something." he shrugged.

"But I dunno. Poking into minds is my brother's shtick." he said. "...and my nephew's." he added.

"Regardless, I'll get out of the way when you're finished here." he told her.

"Try and get my brain to stop worrying."
