Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Ty blinked a few time, silent, showing HE'D forgotten the coffee as well.

"...ah, no cream, 3 sugar." he told her.

"Three spoonfuls or whatever." he clarified.

"And yeah, there is no need for Lunet to get involved in this." he stated.

"It's hell for her to come back, moreso than any OTHER Regenerator." he mumbled.

"Not risking complications with this ritual, OR with her recovery."

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

my little jokes on thee...

Ty nodded.

"She's fine." he said.

"She regenerates from anything, much like myself. But it's slower... takes longer... is a lot more painful for her..." he listed off. "I don't know if I'd call her an 'incomplete' Regenerator, just... she was made using inferior raw materials." he lamented.

"And very well, I'll go to the medical wing and make sure they take my blood." he told her.

"I'm guessing from your phrasing, this has already been discussed."

great big one on me.

my little jokes on thee...

Ty was silent for a moment, before sighing.

"I'm not going to let Lunet's blood be taken for this." he told her. "A half a cup is sizeable, and she'll reel from it a bit, but... she's not a proper regenerator. She IS one, but... well... an inferior one, considering that cursed Pit was inferior." he growled.

"And I get the feeling that the better raw materials used, the better." he went on.

"So. Okay." he answered her.

"Do you need to extract it at the time of revival? Or can it be withdrawn and kept for when needed?" he asked.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Ty raised an eyebrow.

"...oh?" he asked.

"I can only think of ONE thing that makes me a candidate for something involving your kind." he told her.

"...ok, TWO now, but... well, one physical thing, anyway." he clarified.

"But I think I've learned something about making assumptions in these past few minutes." he then commented.

"So. What is it you need help with?" he inquired.

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

"I would imagine." Ty responded.

"But that thought is even scarier than ever." he then said.

"The ones that Levi is in contact with are horribly strong as is. The thought of numbers on your side is... just..." he stammered, before shaking his head.

"Regardless... your presence here is a bad thing. But not because of YOU, specifically." he summarised.

"And I'm guessing reviving your partner will be no small feat."

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

Ty scratched the back of his head for a second, before hanging it low for a moment.

"...shows just how ignorant I AM to certain things." he mumbled.

He then paused for a moment, thinking about her thanking him for killing that creature back when he did.

"...minor question on that thing." he said.

"The fact that I was able to kill it like I did... is the other faction a little weaker than you guys, or was that particular one so low on the totem pole that it was pathetic enough to be defeated by a human?" he asked.

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

my little jokes on thee...

Again, Ty was silent, as it all sank in.

"So... hold up." he said.

"That... maggot-snake thing I killed so long ago... because it took my wife's soul... isn't one of yours. But one of the other side." he said further.

"And... you two hate each other, but each needs to exist?" he asked.

"Are you telling me that cosmic world-ending entities are in a political stalemate, which is at risk of ending, and this world will be a casualty of that?"

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Again, he was silent for a moment.

"His SIDE." he said, taking a step back and sitting down in one of the chairs that was there.

"...what...? What is...?" he muttered.

"All right, backing up." he said.

"You're part of the ones that are connected to poor Levi." he stated.

"I am." Mackenzie replied.

"...and your partner is... your sworn enemy that isn't supposed to die until a specific time?" he then asked her.

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

"...two entities?" he asked.

"Wait, hold on, hold on." he said.

"TWO." he repeated.

"There's more than just THEM? Those ancient beings?" he asked her.

"And a battleground? For forces like yourself?"

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

He was a little on the stunned side when she answered how she did, in the way she did, and then proceeded to ask if he wanted a drink.

It caught him off-guard, to understate it.

"Ah... I..." he stammered.

"Coffee." he answered her.

"And... SAVE us?" he then asked.

"From what?"

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

He narrowed his eyes a little more when she said that.

"NOT here to cause problems?" he asked.

"Your kind invites and creates chaos." he said.

"And your partner? What, partner in crime?" he asked her.

"What are the two of you planning?"

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

Forgive, O Lord,
my little jokes on thee...

He stepped inside as well, but didn't take his eyes off her.

"...so why are you here?" he asked.

"What misery do you intend to spread?" he asked further.

"And why?" he continued to inquire.

"..." he was then silent, and continued to glare at her.

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.

my little jokes on thee...

He said nothing, but stepped to the side.

"...so you're one of them." he said.

"Those we cannot comprehend?" he asked.

He continued to glare at her, though... clearly unhappily.

Even angrily.

...and I'll forgive thy

Mackenzie quickly made her way back to her dorm... or she tried to, anyway. She rounded the corner of the hallway where it was, but she saw someone was standing right by her door.

Arms folded over their chest.

And looking around, before seeing her, and narrowing their eyes.

He was just... staring at her.

...and I'll forgive thy
great big one on me.
