"I am immune to the effects." he responded.

"...I was attacked." he then said.

"Attacked?" Ty asked. "But you seem like a more than capable person. Who could have done this?" he asked further.

"...a pair of fallen angels." Nicolas replied.

"I was on my way to another of the safe points for the box, when they ambushed me and pretty much beat me to a pulp." he explained.

Ty looked... stunned and bamboozled over this. Completely blown away.

"...Nicolas." Prometheus mumbled. "That DOES ring a bell of familiarity, yes." he admitted.

"I have... SO many questions right now." Ty then managed to say.

"So you're saying you have Pandora's Box? THE Pandora's Box?" he asked Nicolas.

"Yes." Nicolas responded. "I am designated as the keeper of it. The guardian of it. To make sure it never released its influence upon this world." he told him further, before pausing as he saw Ty raise an eyebrow.

"...yes, I failed." he mumbled.

The man, Prometheus, just sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"I'm supposed to be." he said.

He then looked over towards 'Jane', and shook his head.

"So. YOU are the current recurrence of her, are you?" he asked.

Ty, meanwhile, looked VERY confused.

"Wait, what?" he asked.

"Jane, you know this person?" he asked Jane. "And your name is Prometheus?" he then asked the newcomer.

"No. It isn't." Prometheus responded, causing Ty to look even MORE bewildered.

"Why does such a thing exist?" Ty asked.

"...because reasons." the man responded. "It's actually more because the Greek gods were... assholes. Kinda. No, actually they just straight up were." he said further.

"...that told me almost nothing, but what you said is not surprising." Ty admitted.

"I have in my possession an item that belonged to a woman long long ago." the man told them.

"And... it's believed that the world has the pain and suffering and the agony... that every bad thing that plagues or has plagued this world is the fault of that woman." he said further.

He paused for a moment.

"...someone in this building?" he asked.

"Excuse me?" he asked her, showing he had no idea what she was talking about.

"Nevermind." Ty interjected.

"Your parcel?" he asked.

"Ah, yes." the man said.

"I have in my possession an artefact. One that is said to be a legend and a myth. And it's designed to be that way." he told them. "It is something that is literally... the end of the world."

"I did not know you had one such as her here." he responded.

"I assure you I did not mean to injure her." he said. "Will she be all right?" he asked.

"She should be." Ty told him.

"Anyway, why are you here, and HOW are you here?" he asked.

"I'm here because something needs to be done about this world situation." the man responded. "And the perks of what I am means I can ignore a LOT of barriers in this world." he added.

"Geez..." Ty muttered.

"That's... frightening. Legitimately frightening." he told her.

He then shook his head, as he heard people approaching, and called out to them.

"Open!" he yelled.

Jake and the new person stepped inside, with Jake taking his leave to get back to the security desk, and the man looking at Ty.

"You're in charge here?" he asked.

"We both are, effectively." Ty responded.

"..." Ty was silent as Izzy left, shaking his head.

"That's... alarming." he said.

"But I FELT that." he told Hazel.

"I can't even BEGIN to imagine how it... seemed for YOU." he said further.

"But I get the feeling we'll be getting more details soon."

"Get to your dorm." Ty told her.

"Pop those pills, get to your dorm, and stay there until you feel better." he said.

"Please." he continued.

"Just hurry back, and we won't call on you for anything until YOU tell us you're better." he promised her.

"Okay?" he asked.

"You can do that?"

Ty was just a human. But even HE felt the pulse of mana.

He almost fell over from it, and looked around drastically.

"What the HELL." he said.

"What was THAT?" he asked.

"..." he was then silent, before looking at Izzy.

"...was that the man that just arrived...?"

"...right." Ty responded, making his way to the desk and searching for something. He then pulled out a medication bottle, and opened it, tapping out two pale blue pills and handing them to her.

"Here." he said.

"And he just got through the barrier?" he asked.

"Geez, first Jane does, and now ANOTHER one?" he muttered.

"Is that barrier failing or something?" he wondered.

"...and a box...?" he then realised.

"I..." Ty stammered.

"Surprisingly." he said.

"I still feel... crappy, but... I don't feel like I'm going to continuously just keel over and wither." he told her.

"I mean, not as quickly, anyway." he then muttered.

They then heard a knock on the door, and Ty looked over towards it.

"Open!" he called, seeing Izzy, sans glamour, and bleeding from the ears, step inside.

"...the hell happened to YOU?" he asked. "And are you all right?"

The man was silent as he saw this, before looking at Jake.

"...a goblin." he said.

"Indeed." Jake responded.

Meanwhile, as if something had rippled through the building when the man had let slip the presence of what was in the backpack, Hazel heard Ty jolt awake with a start, and when she looked over towards him, she noticed something; her 'sight' of him was starting to dim.

"...what the...?" Ty mumbled, shaking his head a little and getting his bearings.

"...." Jake was silent, before shaking his head.

"Go to Ty's office." he told her.

"You know they have the pills that'll do it for you." he said. They would give them right to her for her to have, but they were VERY habit-forming. And she was fine with not having instant access, anyway.

"I'll talk to this guy." he finished.
