To be able to watch the second Transformers with her would be really nice. "I'd like that very much Mads." Clint said to her, continuing to eat his breakfast and occasionally glancing at the time. He kept telling himself to grab the raincoat before heading out. He loved rain as much as the next person but he didn't need to go getting sick right now. "Well, whichever book you do end up reading, I'm sure you'll enjoy. Well..hopefully." He admitted. She hadn't really changed much from when they were kids. Except now she was older, maybe a little more shy, but she was still the same girl from before.

"We'll figure this out together. But first we'll get you all better." Kaneko said, noticing that he was getting tired. "Come on, let's get you to bed so you can sleep. You look pretty tired." Carefully, she helped him stand and led him back to the room to get him back into bed. Normally she would tuck him in but she didn't want him burning up any more. Kaneko fluffed his pillow and yawned softly. "Get some sleep Allen, perhaps you'll feel better when you wake up." She had to go wash the dishes but maybe afterwards she'd treat herself to a quick nap.

@kozi: Oh my gosh yes.
Hey, it's totally worth it though no?

Sorry I've been gone. Been really distracted with stuff. :/

Kaneko wrapped an arms around his shoulders and lightly rested her hand on his forehead. He was warm still. Was the tea helping at all? What if it wasn't? "How strange.." She said quietly, fixing his hair. "You are really troubled by this aren't you?" Kaneko asked. The way he was slouching, clearly he was upset about this. Maybe not angry but, concerned and she was a little worried as well. What did these visions mean? Did they even mean anything at all? Maybe Allen was right and they were just side effects from the fever or the tea. "Well let's focus on getting you better first. If these visions continue after you're better, then we'll go from there." She suggested quietly.

Clint nodded in understanding. "Right, right I forgot I swamped you with so many books." He joked, going along with it. He cut into his breakfast and took a sip of the milk and continued to eat happily. He had a feeling it would be pretty busy today. But if it was raining, chances were they'd close early because of the rain. "I may or may not be home early today." He thought he should at least let her know in case he did or didn't show up early. "What book you planning on reading next?" Clint asked her. It was always nice having someone who shared a common interest with you. Made talking to them a lot easier since you had some common ground.

He had cooled off. Well...cold weather would do that to you. Obviously. It was a good idea to stay indoors though. They could always go for quick walks whenever he wanted to, nothing wrong with wanting to get some fresh air. Once inside the warm cabin, Kaneko focused on locking the door and looked at him. Visions? That was rather odd. The more he told her, the stranger they sounded. So...he was seeing a boy that looked like him and two adults? Who were the adults? Where they his parents? Was this a side effect due to the fever?

"So you're seeing visions?" She asked him. Kaneko reached over and took his hand then led him to the couch where they could sit and talk for a little bit. "This boy..did he run outside?" She asked him. So he wanted to go outside to check if he could see the boy again? What did these visions mean though? Were they trying to tell him something?

Clint smiled, listening to how she spoke about the book. She had really enjoyed it and the way she was speaking showed him that much. "So you'd read it all again tomorrow if you wanted to?" He asked. "I usually read books again in a few months so that I forget what happened that way I can enjoy the book again. If I read it a week after, everything is still fresh in my mind so I don't enjoy it as much." He explained, taking a seat across from her at the table. "I'm glad you enjoyed it though. Oh my god, I know right? I was pretty surprised as well. That's good writing though, when a simple book can cause so much emotions in you." He said to her and smiled at her. "No need to be embarrassed. You enjoyed the book and there's nothing wrong with talking about it."

Kaneko frowned. "Well that's not true Allen. There's a rabbit just up ahead. Oh...w-well it just hopped away but there was a squirrel around here somewhere too." She said, trying to cheer him up. He seemed sad. Was he really looking for something? She returned the light squeeze and started walking with him back towards the cabin. "What were you searching for?" She asked him curiously. Maybe it was none of her business though. Maybe he didn't want to talk about it. "Umm.." Thinking of how to change the subject, she glanced over at him. "H-how are you feeling? Still feel like a furnace?" Kaneko asked him. The ground crunching softly beneath their footsteps.

The male laughed softly at her teasing reply. She told him she had finished the book and he glanced her way. "Did you? That's awesome Mads! And what are your thoughts?" Clint asked her curiously. It was always nice to know about a person's opinion regarding books. You could always learn a lot by knowing that bit of information. "Would you read it again in a few years?" He asked and carefully began to serve their breakfasts on the plates which sat on the counter. He shut off the stove and then set the pans back down on the stove top. After that, he picked up the plates and set them down on the table along with their drinks.

Everyone has such cool avatars. ; u ;
@kozi: Cats are adorable! I just wanna squish them. You know, not in a harmful way.

@vengeance: Have a goodnight!

@vengeance: Yeah that's a pretty good idea. Man, giving cats any sort of medicine is always a tough thing to do. D:

@vengeance: Ouchies! D:
Well at least it was just a scratch. Was it a deep scratch though?

@vengeance: They are until they start biting you again. xD
