I've come to talk a bit before I leave for school.
I'm tired and need coffee.

I'm sorry to hear that though Kozi. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

"Okay." Kaneko reached for the tea and carefully handed it to Allen. It was still warm but she was sure he wouldn't burn himself at this point. "I hope it isn't too bitter. I was going to add some sugar on it but I thought maybe if I did, it wouldn't be as effective." She explained. She probably didn't need to explain but she at least wanted him to know that if it was bitter, it was her fault for not adding sugar to it.

Enjoying more popcorn, Clint focused on the movie. He couldn't help but be on edge whenever things looked really bad for the robotic heroes of the movie. Of course, he knew nothing bad could happen to the good guys. Still he couldn't help but tense up whenever things got really good or really bad in the film. The effects were amazing, he wondered just how they managed to do all that. The voice acting was perfect, very fitting.

When Takashi told her that Mitsukuni was a senior as well like them, Mia couldn't believe it. Her eyes wandered to the small boy seated beside Takashi. He was seriously a senior?! Mia blinked a few times and then took a bite of her lunch. She had to believe him though, he'd have no reason to lie to her about this would he? Or was this all some sort of joke? A prank to play on the new unsuspecting student? "S-so you're both seniors then?" She asked them nervously. "A-and have you umm...thought about what would might want to do when you graduate from here?"

---

Haruhi nodded in agreement. Tamaki was right, it could literally be about anything when it came to the twins. Whatever it was, she hoped it wasn't terrible. She opened the doors and stood still as Tamaki marched right in and confronted the dark haired male with glasses, Kyoya. Slowly, she walked in after him with her boxed lunch in her hands. "Tamaki-senpai is right. What are the three of you hiding from us? What can be so important that we can't know about it?" She asked, walking to an empty table to eat her lunch. What Kyoya said then surprised her. "Huh?" She asked, turning around to look at him.

---

The twins looked to Tamaki and Haruhi who had walked in. They feared that the truth had been heard but when they spoke, the twins were relieved to see that their friends were still clueless. It was perfect. They looked at Kyoya in shock when he started to talk though and making it sound like he was going to tell them everything. "K-kyoya-senpai don't!" Hikaru warned, but when they heard the excuse Kyoya gave the others. The brothers looked at him with a dull expression on their face. They knew what they had to do now. "Yeah boss. Now you know." Kaoru said. Hikaru crossed his arms across his chest. "Way to ruin the surprise boss." He added.

Three days? Well that wasn't so bad. This was the first day, so right now he would just experience the eye pain and the fever itself. Okay, not too bad. Second day would be the fever, eye pain would get worse, and his craving would as well. So the second day sounded like it would be the worst one yet. The third day he would be fine if they had all the ingredients required. But, what if they didn't? What would happen on the third day then? Would the pain become unbearable? Would he not be able to control himself? Kaneko didn't want to find out. She wanted to help him get better. "Well Allen, we'll make sure you're better very soon. I'll do whatever I have to in order to help you. You will be okay." Kaneko stated with a determined look on her face. The pain had gotten a little more bearable. This was good. Kaneko noticed that he always seemed to relax whenever her fingers combed through his head, it was why she always did it. "Good, good. Would you like to try some of that tea now? Or would you like to stay like this a little longer?" Kaneko asked him.

The popcorn was still being enjoyed by Clint. The buttery goodness could not be ignored. Besides, he didn't eat popcorn very often. It was too dry, but it was pretty filling so it worked as a nice little snack. Sipping his water, his attention was on the movie and the events going on on the screen. The film was really action packed, he hoped that Maddie was enjoying it. Stealing a glance her way, he smiled. Her attention was glued to the screen, it was a good sign.

It was so hard, so hard to to fan boy seeing the robotic cars come to life. Clint bit his tongue many times to keep himself from saying anything that might spoil the entire movie for her. He wanted Maddie to enjoy the movie as well, so he knew he had to keep quiet. What was a better way to keep quiet than to eat popcorn right? Reaching into the bowl, he grabbed a few pieces of popcorn and popped them into his mouth to enjoy while the movie continued.

"I'm sorry Allen. I should have made the tea sooner that way this could have probably been prevented." Kaneko told him. She looked at the mug with the tea in it, at least it was cooling down while they waited for the pain to die down a bit. "How bad is the pain right now? I-is it really very bad? Or has it g-gone down a bit?" Her fingers continued to comb through his blonde locks. She could do this all day and she wouldn't mind. Kaneko liked being able to help him, even it if was by doing the smallest acts of affection like this one.

Honey stabbed the fork into his strawberry and shoved it into his mouth. "I'm sorry, I didn't know." Mia started. She nodded at what Takashi said then. "Mori..okay I'll try to keep that in mind. I apologize ahead of time if forget to call you by the proper name." She said to him with a smile. Honey hoped she wouldn't call Takashi by his first name again. Only he could call him that, it had been that way for years so how was it that a new girl could call him by his name so casually? No, the smaller boy wasn't going to have that. Aww, Mitsukuni was already falling asleep? He must have been really tired, but clearly that nap had helped since he was just fine now. "What about yourself T- I mean, Mori. Did you sleep well? Also, another question..you both are not new here are you?"

---

Haruhi waited patiently for Tamaki to buy the lunches then walked with him towards the Host club. This secret was probably really bad if no one wanted to talk about it with them around. Or maybe it was some sort of surprise that they had to keep secret from them in order for it to actually be a surprise. "What do you think it could be?" Haruhi asked the tall blonde male while they approached the doors to the host club.

---

Hikaru and Kaoru were silent for a while, catching on to the hint he was throwing them. Make Alice part of the host club? Of course! But, what if she didn't want to be part of it? "Well..." Kaoru began. Skills, any skills. Yes she had plenty of skills. "She's a very kind person." He said. "Very kind and wouldn't mind helping out with setting up the decor for events I'm sure." Hikaru added with a nod. "She's also very sociable...well with us but she's not rude at all." Kaoru informed with a smile. "Yeah and umm.." Hikaru and Kaoru looked at each other, both thinking deeply about what else she could contribute to their club. "Aha! The Piano!" They both said.

"So you've never forgotten to brush your teeth?" Mia asked. Honey shook his head, taking another bite of his sweets. Okay...what to talk about so that this wasn't awkward. "So...you said you fell to sleep and that's why you were late. Did you not sleep much at home?" She asked him. Honey looked at Mia and shook his head. "Well..I got home and then I did my homework and I had sweets and then I brushed my teeth and went to bed. I'm not a morning person, so I just took a nap again when we got here. But Takashi said it was okay!" The young boy said cheerfully. "Takashi said that did he?" She asked, earning herself a look from Honey. "Only I can call him that." The boy muttered.

---

Haruhi looked at Tamaki and nodded. "Yes, I think we should find out what's really going on. I have a feeling it's going to be about that family emergency Kyoya-senpai had mentioned at the start of the day. We're all friends, we deserve to know what's going on." She said and looked down at her lunch. "Well then, I guess we're eating lunch at the host club today. Come on Tamaki-senpai, let's go figure out what's really going on between these three. You never know what they're thinking."

---

The doors opened and the mischievous duo walked inside. "Kyoya-senpai, we need to tell you something important!" Hikaru exclaimed. Both of them closed in on the desk, practically looming over the dark haired male with glasses. It was at this time that both twins explained to Kyoya the current situation with Alice and by the end of it, they were upset. "We need your help so that we can call Derek and have him come down here to take action into his own hands." Kaoru explained as calmly as he could.

Seeing the pillow and how Allen looked, it didn't take a genius to know that something was wrong. Kaneko carefully set the mug down on the bedside table. "Allen...dear what's wrong?" He needed a minute, she knew she should give him some space but instead she reached out and gently placed her hand on his forehead. It was his eyes wasn't it? Had she been too late with the tea? Removing her hand from his forehead, Kaneko focused on clearing out the dirtied dishes, quickly taking them to the sink. She'd have to wash them later, right now Allen was her priority. Kaneko walked back to the room and sat herself down on the other side of the bed, running her fingers through his hair. "It's okay Allen, I'm right here. You'll be just fine." She hoped he would anyway. Hopefully the tea would help some. He was still warm though, she'd need to wash him again in warm water and allow him plenty of time to rest.

Clint set the controller down beside him and held the water in one hand. The bowl rested on his lap, and his eyes focused on the t.v screen. This wasn't a date, he wasn't going to ever think of it as a date. To anyone else looking though, they would automatically assume that the two were dating. Dating Maddie never crossed his mind though. The two were just friends, she was like a little sister to him, he coudln't see her as anything more. Not at the moment anyway. Perhaps that would change in the coming years.
