He blushed deeply at the thought of a threesome with Ally and Roxie, before shaking his head vigorously to clear it.

They continued to walk for a bit more, when Roxie managed to hone in on something.

And she could tell they were close.

However, she could also tell that wherever Becca was, the situation was dangerous.

And it was escalating quickly.

Levi noticed this, and looked at her.

"What's going on?" he asked.

He eventually got himself together, and kept in step with her.

"Ah-ha..." he laughed nervously.

"Thanks, but I'm happily taken." he told her.

"I mean... well... yeah. I am." he sighed.

"...trust me, someone like you makes it VERY hard to remain loyal..." he then muttered, before pausing.

"But... well... that's kinda your thing, isn't?" he asked, as he saw some of the envious male eyes upon him.

...and a few female ones.

To say he was stunned would be an understatement.

To say he liked it would also have been an understatement. Arguably one more egregious than the previous.

For a moment, time seemed to lose all meaning, and he was in a state of pure sensual bliss, before the kiss was broken and he came mentally crashing back down to reality.

He managed to act like the kiss was just something that happened naturally, but she saw it in his eyes.

That had been an experience for him.

"...wow." he managed to whisper.

"That makes sense." he replied.

"Though yeah, the hunters will definitely be emboldened because of this." he sighed.

"But we just need to concentrate on Becca." he told her.

"Recusing her is priority." he continued.

He then paused for a moment, and looked around.

"...I think some people are wondering why a scrawny little dude like me is with someone that is so out of my league, it's not funny." he then whispered to her with a small snicker.

He was quiet as she said that, and looked a bit sad.

"Yeah..." he said.

"Though I wonder just how much the world will change after this." he commented.

"Will it change at all?" he asked.

"I don't know if anyone ever SAW any mana." he continued.

"Will people think this was, yet again, just some weird paranoid phase of humanity?"

He just sighed as well.

"Right." he said.

With that, they left the building, and started walking.

As they did, he looked around, taking in the people surrounding them.

"...looks like a lot of them are confused and worried." he commented.

"Seems like this sudden change back is making people wonder what the hell to think, now."

He looked over towards her, and nodded.

"Yeah." he said.

"Much." he assured her.

"Let's go." he continued, making his way over.

"I should be able to get moving." he said further, looking out the window again.

"North, huh?" he asked.

"Any idea what distance we need to travel?"

He watched her go, before closing his eyes and doing his best to relax and concentrate.

It took him about 5 minutes, before he felt like himself again, and he got up from the chair.

"Right." he muttered.

"To work." he said.

He looked around, before making his way to a window and peeking out, to see if he could see Roxie.

Or anyone or anything else, for that matter.

He wondered JUST how isolated this building was.

He looked at her briefly, before hanging his head again.

"...probably because he wants to use her." he said.

"Or... rather, those that she and I are in contact with." he clarified.

"I don't know why. I don't know how." he admitted.

"But it's all I can think of."

He just groaned.

"I'm still learning the ropes, so to speak." he replied.

"LIke... from what I can tell, I have infinitesimally small access to an infinitesimally small amount of... well... their power." he commented.

"However, in relative terms, that's a lot." he went on.

"But I need to be VERY careful about what I do, how I do it, and for how long. If I had kept that shield up for any longer, I get the feeling my mind would have been seriously compromised and it would have given them a frightening amount of control over me." he explained.

"My entire life is living on some kind of precipice." he finished, slumping down a bit and letting out a heavy and exasperated breath.

He made his way to the chair, and sat down, placing a hand on his head.

"Ugh." he groaned.

"Well, good that this place is safe." he said.

"Thanks, Roxie." he went on.

"Though we can't really spend a lot of time resting." he then reasoned.

"So, since we're in Anaheim now, can you get a trace on Rebecca?" he asked.

"Or, rather, how specific can you get now?" he then clarified.

He was silent for a moment, before the 'film' slipped away.

"....yeah." he said.

"Yeah, I... I think so." he told her.

"I... feel light-headed and like there's a brink in my stomach." he said further.

"A little on the dizzy side, as well." he added.

"But something tells me I got off lightly." he went on.

"Admittedly, that's the first time I've tried that..." he then muttered.

He nodded in response.

"And away I go!" he said, rushing into the portal.

"Good luck." Hal said to the woman.

"...I hope we're not too late." he finished.

Meanwhile, the male was just ploughing forward, and some demonic entities were watching him... and they looked leery.

Almost... nervous.

Like they didn't want him to be there... because they thought he was a THREAT.

He looked at her and nodded.

"Yeah." he said.

"One second." he told her.

He then concentrated for a moment, and she saw a very thin 'film' of very dark purple mana coat him.

"I can keep this up for a minute at most." he went on.

"So let's go now." he told her.

"Then move." Hal interjected.

"Time is of the essence."
