@Wildfire: At least you got a good workout in! :D That's a good start to the day [even if it's not morning anymore. or is it?] I'm sorry your sore/tired from it though.
I need to cut back on coffee and drink water. My stress levels just went through the roof. I need to get my things done this AM so I don't frett and stress for the rest of the day.
@Wildfire: lol, That's precisely what I did this morning. I woke up, stripped the bed, and grumbled all the way to the laundry machine. Then brewed coffee.
It wasn't that my bed was dirty, I just woke up and chose cleanliness. lol. I know I'll get better sleep tonight with fresh sheets.
Then a kid gave me a hug and they smelled like urine and I believe I'll be stripping more bedding by the end of today. =3=
I feel like I need a nap. lol
@Wildfire: I'm just hoping to drink coffee and that will birth some ambition. lol.
I did start laundry. so that's a good start to productivity.
I know what I have to do today, so I can't put that off. e.e" I gotta get ready for a dmv trip. ;c
@Wildfire: good morning~ :3
I am feeling better today, just dehydrated.
I did get my kids back on school, but it didn't last long. My son has a little catching up to do, nothing we can't handle today.
How are you this morning?
@Wildfire: I keep disappearing today. Allergies randomly started kickin' my butt after that phone call I had earlier. XD
Now all I wanna do is slug around the house. Kids are taking advantage and scattering instead of doing school.
Sorry I poofed, I had a few phone calls to take care of.
I walked around my garden some to see where I might have collected some allergy issues. -shrugs- too many things. XD
I actually just spent a few minutes looking at my household collection of Dr. Seuss books. I have a collector's book from the 90s with 5 different books in one. I googled which books got banned and most of them are in this single book. I just briefed through it. The stories are great, with no ill-worded text. It's just the pictures that are iffy at best. uhg, this bothers me so much. I have a very diverse collection of folktales from around the world for my kids and a lot of those stories have much worse stereotyped imagery.
Out of spite, I'm reading my big 90s Dr. Suess book to my kids this week. =3=
I could ramble on this for hours. I'm not going to though. //sigh//

This Dr. Seuss issue is driving me insane. omg. I studied children's literature in college and was a children's librarian for a while and I just... Can't handle this ridiculousness.
It felt like it was an overnight thing too since I wasn't paying attention to that whole "cancel culture" fad.
Good Morning.
I'm feeling a little under the weather, got a feeling it's from all the weeds and yard work I did yesterday. It kind of feels like allergies. I moved stuff around in the garage which kicked up dust. and I did an entire garbage container of weeds from the garden. e.e"
Happier note; I got a lot done outside and read a novel over the weekend.
@Wildfire: Winter in my new home/state isn't bad compared to my last 10 years. I was able to be outside more often here. However, I think my dogs have adapted to me and my habits. lol. <3 We're usually living in states where the snow is taller than my dogs, so as much as they love the cold and snow, they can't stand in it for long.
@Wildfire: absolutely. <3 I'm glad you found a system that works for you. :3
My dogs love winter but know I can't be outside with them long, so they come in when I do.
Now that the weather is better, I sit outside and do phone stuff or read a book and that's their queue to be nuts and not listen when I want them back inside.
@Wildfire: Oh totally! I completely understand "just move". I was doing that route last month during my episode of bad mental health. I have a yoga app and a pilates app too. <3
Now that our weather is getting sunnier, my dogs are demanding to be outside for longer.
@Wildfire: Oh interesting! I didn't think to look up dissection videos. =O Not a bad idea, my son is a curious kid, I'm sure he'd be grossed out- but intrigued. My daughter isn't as amused with science-related things. If my son is interested, she will be too though. She's a tag along.
My son is doing an art project for his school and my daughter jumped in because she's on break from her stuff. XD

I use a free splits training app on my phone. My goal was originally to learn splits, but I realized the app and the routine it provides makes me stronger and my stamina has been better. My skinny toosh got more.. shapely too. So that's something to brag about. It focuses a lot on stretches and strengthening.
Generally, it takes me 30 minutes a night, that's my own preference though. I can skip or delete specific workout segments if I choose to at no cost.
Because I kept up this routine last year, I made a FB messenger group with a couple of other ladies and we keep each other encouraged to keep working out and stretching.
I dropped it last month because I lost weight from stress and became a depressed and anxious slug.
What's your workout routine look like?
@Wildfire: lol, I just broke my son's brain by saying worms poop. XD omgosh. I didn't realize we hadn't gone over worm knowledge yet.
I'm on Day 5 of my workout routine. c: I'm feeling pretty good about that. My legs are a bit tight, but I'm recovering from a stress/weight-loss period.
