@Wildfire: We ended up doing an unexpected trip into a neighboring town. Found a cool park, and did garden shopping. it was nice. didn't do enough schoolwork today, but it was nice and much needed, I think.

Wow! So cool! <3 I have a dwarf turtle, but no pictures handy at the moment. He's a little guy that's reaching 12 years old now. I basically donated my turtle to my mom's store. He gets properly socialized there. The customers love him. <3 Which makes me happy.
and I audibly gasped at the giant snail posted later in this thread. =O
Good Morning. I'm brewing coffee and wakin' up .
@Wildfire: oh my gosh, I envy you and your hammock. That sounds super relaxing! I have a sky-chair. Hanging-hammock-chair thing. However, it hasn't been set up yet. I keep debating on setting it up myself, but I don't trust myself with tools. lol. [yet, I should say; don't trust myself yet]
<3 Enjoy your afternoon/evening. I think I'm going to wander off and do some garden shopping for my son's greenhouse plants. They're getting close to needing to be in bigger pots.
@Wildfire: I feel you on the 'uhg masks and people'. lol. I recommend the dealership and then draw and paint. Productive followed by enjoyment is always my prefered route.
although, shopping for craft supplies is always fun. o3o If you sit and think about it for the next few hours, nothing will get done. lol.
I'll be cooking chicken and rice with veggies tonight. :d
@Wildfire: I'm doing alright. A lot more alive today than I have been in well over a week. I took the dogs out and as I was rounding them up and bringing them back inside, I got an instant headache under my favorite tree. I looked up and it's dropping pollen bombs. It is a willow tree.. so it makes sense. But dang. I'll have to avoid going near the tree for a bit while it spreads its little pollen babies all over the yard.
Aside from Allergies, I'm good. I'm getting back into my routine and it's refreshing. <3
How are you today?
@Wildfire: lol, my husband teased the crap out of me when he got home. The pig really squirmed into my brain and stayed there all evening. IF there was an alien invasion, I'd be screwed, as something so little as tripping over a random pig messed up my head for a whole evening. XD
lmao.
I'm having a really good coffee. I've been drinking black coffee for about a week and a half and I spent a pretty penny getting different creamer flavors yesterday.
@Wildfire: I found it, but I have no proof I did. I went alone with no phone to get my mail. I took the kids around my yard to do a pig hunt and none of us could find it.
It was grey with black splotches.
I did pull up different local FB pages to see if anyone.. is looking for a pig. but nothing. So I suppose one of my neighbors, maybe, is raising pigs or a pig.
Perplexed is a perfect description.
@Wildfire: omfg.. I went out to get my mail, turned around, just about tripped over a medium/small sized pig. Stared at it in shock. It stared at me as if seeing me for the first time. It went running, then I called it. It came to me. Smelled my hand. I touched its head and it Bolted under my roommate's truck. 8|
Now I can't find it and I feel crazy as hell.
@Wildfire: I'll take your advice from your own experiences. Benadryl is making me a zombie. It kicks in too fast. Then I'm too tired to do anything productive.
Both my parents have horrible allergies, so it was really only a matter of time before my body decided it was time to act up. They generally take Allegra.
@Wildfire: Is there an allergy med you recommend? I have Benadryl.
@Wildfire: Hmmm.. good point.. Well, I can't burn it where it sits, too close to the house and trees. I'd have to cut it up and throw the pollen branches into the burn barrel. Maybe that's what I'll do today. I just need to find a better mask than the ones I've been using to go to the store n' whatnot.
I think I have thick enough gloves too, to dig out and pull up the plant itself.
@Wildfire: It's been a decade since I've flown. I guess the swelling of feet and sometimes hands are fairly normal. Which I didn't know.
I discovered I'm allergic to something in my yard and it's bad. wow. Respect to you for surviving your allergy season in FL. oTL every time I take my dogs outside, my chest gets tight. There's a dang pollen flower blooming in my yard right next to my back door and I just wanna burn it all, alas, I cannot.
@Wildfire: I often fall into FB holes. lol. Altitude sickness usually lasts anywhere between 3 days to a month, as long as you stay put and don't travel to a new altitude. It's super rare to get from airplanes. :| I've gotten it before as a teenager when I moved to the mountains, not nearly this bad though.
It's swollen hands and feet, achy joints, and dizziness. I'm still minorly dizzy today which makes it hard to think.
