Azazel looked back at Aedan, before following Anya.
"Sure." he said.
"I could eat." he told her.
"Where are you ordering from?" he asked.
"I can find something to eat from anywhere, really." he added with a small shrug.
"I'm really not a picky eater."

Azazel was silent for a moment, before sighing heavily.
"...not sure I CAN leave." he said.
"Which is to say, don't think my conscience will allow it." he clarified.
"Not until I see her up and about, and feeling better." he went on.
"So... I think I'll stay for a while longer."

Azazel sighed as well.
"No need to thank me." he told her.
"I did it because it was the right thing to do." he said.
".......and... well..." he muttered further, trailing off a bit.
"...I was worried about her, too."

Once he set her down, he finished extracting what was in her, and sighed.
"There." he said.
"Done." he told Anya.
"That should be it." he went on, making his way to her.
"She should be all right now."
"There." he said.

Azazel did not hesitate.
He made his way over, and raised a hand up.
As he did so, inky darkness seemed to extend from his fingertips, into long spike-like claws.
He then plunged the spikes into Aedan's chest... but she felt no pain.
On the contrary, she felt pain leaving her, and like a large weight had been lifted off her shoulders.

".........." Azazel was silent as he heard that, and checked the door handle.
Sure enough, he found it locked, but with Anya's help, it was picked open.
He then quickly opened the door, and stepped inside.
"Aedan?" he asked, looking around, scanning for Aedan.

Azazel looked at Anya, before looking at the ceiling.
"You heard?" he asked.
She nodded.
Azazel quickly ran up the stairs, searching for where he'd heard the sound.

Azazel just nodded.
"Great." he said.
"Come on, then." he told her.
He opened the door, poked his head in, and then stepped inside.
"Aedan!?" he called out.
"You here!?"
"Great." he said.

"....eh?" Azazel muttered.
"More difficult?" he asked her.
"What do you mean?" he asked further.
"You trying to pick the lock or something?"
"More difficult?" he asked her.

Azazel nodded.
"Right." he said.
With that, he started the car and drove it out of the parking lot.
He drove straight to where Aedan's address was, making sure to have the minimal amount of stops, and they arrived about 15 minutes of driving.
He pulled up by the door, and turned the car off.
"Let's go." he said.

Azazel was silent for a moment.
"Ah..." he stammered.
"Hm." he mumbled.
"Good point." he said.
"I don't know... where, exactly, she lives." he admitted.
"So... yeah, I suppose I DO need some navigation help..."

"I see." Azazel replied.
"Well... I mean... whatever?" he said.
"I don't really know what to say to that." he admitted as they got into the car.
"I should have known this would happen." he scolded himself.
"That realm ALWAYS leaves a mark..."

"..........." Azazel was silent as he heard all that.
"I have no idea why I admitted I was a demon, there..." he muttered as they reached the car.
"But I know." he said.
"I don't sense an immense level of malice and cruelty coming from you." he told her.
"And that is a good point about Aedan." he added.
