Evan took the paper, looked at it, took out his phone, entered it into his phone, put his phone away, and then put the piece of paper away as well.

"Your phone is dead?" he asked.

"How'd that happen?" he asked him. "And, like, well... hm. When and how, I guess is what I'm asking." he clarified.

"Because, depending on the problem, I may know someone that can help." he told him.

"....okay, my parents do, but you know what I mean." he muttered. "He's a real tech wiz, and can do almost anything with phones and computers and stuff."

Evan just smiled a little, and nodded.

"Yeah." he said.

"I mean, it sucks to be failing a class and not have anyone to help." he told him.

"So maybe -I- can." he said further.

"I mean, I'm not a professional or trained or anything, but maybe I can at least get you upwards to the mid-70's." he reasoned with a shrug.

"Just... lemme know what times and such are good for you, should you decide that this is a good idea."

"......................." Evan was silent for an overtly long moment.

'Strapped for cash...? Hard to get ahold of...?' he asked himself mentally, remembering what was said after the end of the first art therapy session. 'Is... what is his home life like...?' he then wondered, before shaking his head.

"I... I see." he managed to respond.

"Uh... well, as I said, I pull a pretty good grade in it." he reiterated.

"I can help you out if you need it." he offered.

".........." Ryker was silent for a moment, before looking at him.

"So, what are you saying?" he asked.

"Are you telling me you want to try and transform right now?" he asked him. "Because that might not be a good idea, considering you still have stitches in you." he reasoned.

"But... if you mean you want to acclimate to transforming, I suppose I can understand that." he went on.

"And I know what you mean in terms of wanting to be more independent." he then added.

"Hm." Ryker muttered. "I see." he said.

"Well... that's good on the elder front..." he said further, looking towards the sky again.

"...these clouds still came in pretty quickly." he mumbled further.

"We should seek shelter somewhere." he told Eke. "It looks like it's going to be one hell of a storm to get caught out in." he said further, now scanning for any place that would offer refuge.

Evan's ears twitched a bit under his hat when he heard that.

"You did?" he asked.

"Damn... that sucks." he said.

"Biology's one of my higher grades, hovering around a steady 90 or so." he told him. "Never gotten higher than a 93, mind." he then mumbled.

"But do you not have a tutor or anything?" he asked.

"Even a teacher to stay behind school and work with?"

"Huh? Oh, I've been okay." Evan replied.

"Just... you know... livin' day to day, dealin' with school and stuff." he said further.

"Got a biology project due late next week... finishing research on it, need to do up the draft..." he went on.

"How about you?" he asked.

"Did that art therapy session help any with whatever you need help with?"

"Well... yeah." Evan responded.

"I... hope that's all right." he said.

"I mean, that's ALL my Dad told me." he assured him.

"I was pretty much left to find you by myself." he went on.

"Took me a bit, wasn't sure which area you'd be in."

Ryker watched as Eke sat down and looked at the sky.

He, too, looked skywards, and scanned the dark clouds.

'...this happened REEEEAL quick...' he thought.

'Is she coming back?' he wondered, shaking his head a little.

"Eke, you all right?" he then asked.

Evan nodded in response, and sat down on the grass beside Blair.

"....." he was silent for a moment, before he took Blair's wallet out of one of his pockets.

"Here." he said, handing it to him.

"You forgot this at the session." he told him. "I'm sure you'll want it back." he said further.

"Losing one's wallet can be a bit of an annoyance."

He was sitting for a while, before she heard footsteps approaching him.

"Um..." he then heard a voice said.

"Ahem." they cleared their throat.

He looked up, and saw Evan standing there.

"Uh, hey." he said.

"What's up? How ya doing?" he asked Blair.

Evan came to a stop when Casey said all that.

"..........oh. Right." he said.

"....hm." he mumbled.

He then sat down where he was, as Kitt approached him.

A few seconds later, they were wrestling on the floor like kittens.

Evan perked up and followed Casey as she left the room.

"He did!?" he called back.

"I can return it!" he told her.

"Just tell me how to." he said further.

"When? Where? Please tell me?" he asked her.

Ryker looked at Eke, and shrugged.

"Maybe they decided it wasn't worth the effort?" he suggested.

"Maybe they were bored of the chase? Or... like... I dunno." he admitted.

"I just know that if another one attacks, I'll fight it." he told him.

"...whether I want to or not."
