My boyfriend is a sentimental man
and I think we've been together long enough that I can finally begin a scrapbook for him. He has expressed in the past that he really wants to work on one, and he keeps every movie ticket and our plane tickets from a trip I took him on last summer. We still have our name badges from when I took him to E3 as well. They're huge, so I'll have to literally pick a scrapbook big enough to fit the bastards in. :vanora_xd:

In perfect timing, my mother gave me a printer over christmas, so I can actually find myself some photo paper and pick out some of our favorite photos to print out for the scrapbook. I also have some drawings I can print for it too, since we had designed some pokemon trainer OCs. I want to collect more art of them from other artists, but that might be for a future booklet for him. I plan to obtain them via rlc anyway xD

I have to tell you guys my plans so that I may keep it a secret irl! Gotta spill it somewhere lmao

Do you have fun plotting big surprises for people in your life? Its one of my favorite things ever, tbh
Especially for my bf cause he gets so excited. I almost made him cry with a surprise pokemon plush once haha

my bf and I make a point to let loose once in a while, just be like kids again. Walk around the mall just like you guys did and poke around at anything and all things. See a toy we like? Get it. Play with it, enjoy it, cause you're never too old to have fun

Ohh, well thats encouraging! I'd have a blast if I could get down 3D model making. I have a friend who I can pay to 3D print as well, if I ever became good at it. Its something I always wished I could dabble in but just never took the time for it

3D art also interests me a bit. Its so far beyond what I do now, I'm sure it would be a hot minute before I can figure out those skills haha

I used to run off of 8gb ram and even CSP would lag a bunch. I draw on high res haha

I've tried fiddling around on blender in the past and honestly couldn't wrap my brain around it xD
Part of the problem was, at the time, my pc wasn't strong enough so functions weren't... functioning lol Then crash.
it'd be fun to learn now that I have a powerful pc, if I just take the time to practice!

Sorry for my slow replies! As long as the end results are pixel, I don't mind what method you're using to achieve it :D
Sounds like you have some fun techniques going on

I'll also add that you're not required to draw the thread's biweekly themes. Those just give everyone something to work on together for fun.
